Molding of plastic products

1, calendering molding

2. Cast molding

4. Injection molding

injection molding is mostly used for thermoplastics. It is similar to extrusion molding, but the difference is that the molten plastic enters the closed mold through the nozzle and solidifies in the mold to produce products. It mainly produces small packaging boxes, daily necessities, special-shaped parts, etc. it can also be used for lively plastic processing

5. Blow molding

blow molding is mostly used for thermoplastic. This is to place the molten plastic in the mold and blow it up close to the inner surface of the mold under the pressure of compressed air. 6. Heating molding

8. Molding

9. Cast jade molding

10. Casting molding

casting molding is used for thermosetting plastics. It plasticizes thermosetting plastics, injects them into molds, solidifies them under normal pressure, cools and demoulds them to get products. It produces more electronics, electrical appliances and components with metal inserts
